Tasting demonstration of homemade gelato

A unique experience to join a real demonstration how to make a real Homemade gelato. Mario, owner of Gelateria David in Via Marziale Sorrento, reveals all the tricks, or almost, to have a great homemade gelato.
During the 45 minutes demonstration, guests are entertained with Mario’s family traditions. Mario is third generation artisan in gelato and, explains all steps to make a Gelato at home. During the lesson Mario invites Guests to taste the Gelato made during the class with biological and firs class products.

At the end, guests can accommodate at the tables in the outside space of Gelateria and have a Gelato choosing between the infinite taste of the daily production.

The Tasting demonstration coast € 16,00 per person and includes:

• 45 minutes demonstration in Gelateria David laboratory
• 1 gelato taste made during the class
• 1 gelato, cornet or bucket, choosing between the daily production
• Certificate of participation
